ARTWORK

How can I send you my artwork?
You can email it to artwork@bestpromotions.com.  You will also receive instructions in your email confirmation.

What kind of artwork file should I send?
Although we prefer files with extensions of .EPS and .AI, we can work with just about any file you have. Just let us know what you have and we’ll re-format it for you.

I don't have a logo. Can you just print my company name, slogan, and telephone number?
Sure – that’s no problem! There is no charge for this service. You can pick your own font, or we can pick one for you. While there is no charge for us to set up the artwork, standard decorating fees still apply.

One of your fields asks me to provide my PMS color, if I know it. What is a PMS color number?
The Pantone Matching System assigns numbers to specific shades of every color in the spectrum. The PMS system is used to define ink colors used in spot color printing. If you do not know your PMS number, just let us know. We will find it for you.

DECORATING AND PRINTING CHARGES

What is a decorating charge?
Imprinted promotional products are ‘decorated’ with your logo, slogan or other information. In order to put the decoration on the product, some printing setup is required. The type of setup depends on the type of products. For example, you may be purchasing a physical screen (for silk-screened items), or die (for debossed items). There are other types of decoration, too, and we can help you understand each one. No matter what kind of decorating set up is required, we will keep it at our factory for 12 months. If you reorder the same product within that period of time, we will be able to use your setup from the previous order and there will be no additional charge. For reorders, you will see the charge in your shopping cart, but we will remove it prior to billing your card.

What if I want a decoration in more than one color or one location?
The printing charge for a one-color, one-location imprint is included in most of our product pricing. Many people want more than one color, or more than one location, we can do a custom quote for you to be sure you get the lowest price possible.

Am I required to have printing on my products?
Not at all. If you don’t want to print anything on your items, just let us know and we can quote blank goods pricing for you.

SHIPPING CHARGES

How are shipping charges calculated?
We charge for shipping at UPS Ground rates based on the weight of your items. We never charge any handling fees. Just let us know if you would prefer us to ship on your UPS or FedEx number.

RUSH ORDERS

Can I get my purchase faster?
It depends on what you’re ordering. Most products can be produced as rush orders at no additional charge. We can also expedite shipping at your request. Just let us know what you need and when and we’ll work hard to be sure you get what you need, when you need it.
